| Warren Utt, President and Chief Executive Officer
Warren Utt brings more than 25 years of technology industry experience with a focus on enterprise applications to the Impress Software leadership team. Prior to joining Impress, Warren served as senior vice president of the Worldwide Field Organization for BroadVision, a global provider of web self-service solutions. Previously, Warren was president and CEO of Contentra, a business, engineering and information technology solutions firm. At Contentra, Warren led the company from its initial founding to its acquisition by North American Media Engines. Before Contentra, he served as CEO of Continuum Software, where he successfully led two rounds of financing and redirected the company's strategy to an enterprise software business. Warren has also held key sales, marketing and alliance management positions with Deloitte Consulting, EDS, Interleaf, InterOPS, and Wang. Warren holds a BS from Hampden-Sydney College. |
| Stephen Clark, VP, Products & Marketing
Stephen Clark joins Impress with a broad background in corporate and product marketing. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing at Convoq, Inc., a provider of real-time collaboration solutions. Prior to Convoq, Clark was vice president of marketing for Allaire Corporation, a leader in Web application servers and development tools. He led the company's corporate and product marketing through its IPO and eventual acquisition by Macromedia. He joined Allaire from Sybase, Inc., where he was vice president of marketing and strategy for application servers and development tools, and vice president and general manager of Sybase's design tools product line. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a master's degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management. |
| Michael J. Beringer, Vice President of Sales, NASA
Michael Beringer joins Impress with more than 25 years of sales leadership experience in the software industry on both national and international scales. Prior to joining the company, Beringer served as senior vice president of Bechtel Software, a company specializing in the development of computer aided design and engineering solutions software for civil/structural analysis. Beringer has extensive experience in the utility and aerospace & defense (A&D) sectors. He was responsible for successfully managing complex sales environments, building effective sales organizations and generating significant revenues for software companies such as MRO Software, Cimtelligence, Metra Corporation and Lawson Software. He received his B.A., B.S., and M.B.A. from Loyola University. |
| Geoff Glaser, Vice President Business Development
Geoff Glaser brings 20 years of extensive experience in sales and business development and deep domain SAP expertise to Impress Software. Prior to joining Impress Software, he was director of business development and strategic alliances at BroadVision, a global provider of web self-service solutions. At BroadVision Geoff facilitated BroadVision's appointment to the winning team for the Department of Homeland Security US Visits Award. He also managed and expanded the USCG ad other DoD relationships for BroadVision. In addition, Geoff brings a deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, which he gained as vice president of sales at Datahorse International, a North American based consulting firm that specializes in SAP implementations. Prior to Datahorse International, Geoff held various senior sales and business development positions at Performaworks, Price Systems, Simon and Schuster Publishing and CitiCorp/CitiBank NA. Geoff is a graduate of the Choate School and graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science and a Business Degree in Management. |
| Lou Pereira, Vice President of Professional Services
Lou Pereira brings over 15 years of consulting and product development experience to Impress Software. Prior to joining Impress, Lou was the Sr. Product Director for Lawson Software, responsible for their Portfolio Management, Enterprise Project Management and Time & Expense solutions. He joined Lawson through its acquisition of Account4, where he was Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Product Development. Prior to Account4, he was an Assistant Vice President at Fidelity Investments responsible for their Global Trust online products. Lou holds a BS in Accounting from Bridgewater State College, and a Retirement/Benefit Plans Management graduate certificate from Bentley College.
